Goat Cheese and Arugula over Penne جبة ماعز وجرجير فوق المعكرونة

Ingredients
  • 155 g goat cheese
  • 40 g coarsely chopped arugula, stems included
  • 150 g quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 6 g minced garlic
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 3 g salt
  • 225 g penne pasta

Directions
  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Crumble goat cheese into a large serving bowl. Add arugula, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper.
  3. Drain pasta, and toss with goat cheese mixture.
