Spinach Pomegranate Salad سلطة الشبانخ مع حب الرمان

Original Recipe Yield 4 servings

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach leaves, rinsed and drained
  • 0.2 red onion, sliced very thin
  • 60 g walnut pieces
  • 125 g crumbled feta
  • 25 g alfalfa sprouts (optional)
  • 154 g pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
  • 60 ml balsamic vinaigrette
Place spinach in a salad bowl. Top with red onion, walnuts, feta, and sprouts. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top, and drizzle with vinaigrette.
