Carrot Burgers برغر الجزر


Ingredients

  • 190 g diced carrots
  • 55 g crushed cornflakes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 30 g finely chopped celery
  • 10 g finely chopped onion
  • 3 g salt
  • 1 g sugar
  • 0.3 g pepper
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • Hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Place carrots in a saucepan with a small amount of water. 
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. 
  3. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until tender; drain. In a bowl, combine carrots, cornflakes, eggs, celery, onion, salt, sugar and pepper; mix well. 
  4. Form into six patties. 
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 3 minutes on each side or until browned. 
  6. Serve on buns if desired.
