Cheesy Smoked Sausage and Rice Skillet مقلاة الأرز بالسجق المدخن والجبن


  • 1 (14 ounce) package Hillshire Farm® Cheddarwurst®
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 560 g cooked long grain white rice
  • 300 g condensed broccoli cheese soup
  • 60 ml milk


  1. Cut sausage on an angle into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes; add sausage, onions and peppers. Cook, stirring frequently 5-6 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Add peas and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until peas are hot.
  3. Gently stir in cooked rice, soup, milk and mushrooms if desired; heat through.
