POTATO & LEEK SOUP حساء البطاطا والكراث




Ingredients:
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 leek
  • 1 tbls rosemary leaves
  • 1 tbls olive oil
  • 2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper to season
  • fresh chives and cheese toast to serve
