Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling سندويتش حمص النباتية


Original Recipe Yield 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients
  • 539.6 g garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 15 ml mayonnaise
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 g dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork. 
  2. Mix in celery, onion, mayonnaise (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
