Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS notifications through our reservation form or any other communication channel, you consent to receive text messages from YUMMI Catering. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Delivery status notifications
  • Event reminders and notifications

How to Opt-Out (Cancel SMS)

You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by:

After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Catering Services

Orders and Reservations

  • All catering orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
  • Menu selections and guest counts must be finalized at least 24 hours before the event
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of order confirmation
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website
  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be added to the final invoice

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable
  • Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Service Area

We provide catering services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Delivery fees may apply based on distance. Please contact us to confirm service availability for your location.

Food Safety and Allergies

  • All food is prepared in a facility that may contain common allergens
  • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order
  • We cannot guarantee that our food is completely allergen-free
  • Food must be consumed within 2 hours of delivery for safety

Limitation of Liability

YUMMI Catering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the catering service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, is the property of YUMMI Catering and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
