Birria is more than a dish - it's a celebration. Originally from Jalisco, our version uses chicken instead of the traditional goat or beef, making it lighter yet equally flavorful. We marinate the chicken overnight in our secret blend of guajillo, ancho, and chipotle chilies, along with cinnamon, cloves, and Mexican oregano.
